Indie Food and Wine, located in the Film Society of Lincoln Center's new landmark Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center is award-winning chef and restaurateur Jason Denton's latest venture. The lounge café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and provides concessions for the film center.

Indie is an innovative approach to the café and communal dining experience with quick and friendly service to stay or to go, made with quality and simple ingredients.

The backbone of the menu at indie food and wine remains true to Jason's roots in Italian cuisine, along with a heavy helping of Mediterranean-influence, which allows for flexibility and variety in the dishes guests can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Executive Chef Shaunna Sargent, oversees the kitchen and menus. Shaunna has a simple philosphy when it comes to her work as a chef: "I love working with fresh, beautiful ingredients and creating food that makes people happy." Shaunna is the Executive Chef at Indie Food and Wine and Betto. She has held several positions in New York City and Chicago restaurants.
