Member Ticket Info
Tickets for the 50th Anniversary of the New York Film Festival began on September 5 for all Members. In order to purchase tickets, you must read the information provided below.
ONLINE: In order to purchase tickets online, you must be able to log in to your FilmLinc.com account. Members should have received an email with a designated time when they may begin purchasing tickets online.
If you did not receive your email with a designated time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you have an existing account, the instructions for how to access your account or retrieve your password are listed below.
1.) Go to: http://www.filmlinc.com
2.) Click on “My Account” at the top left corner of the page (above the Film Society logo).
3.) Enter your login information. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by selecting “Lost Your Password?” at the bottom of the login screen.
4.) If you receive the error message “User Not Found”, please contact the Member Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org to create a new user account.
Important Online Purchasing Information: If traffic is high, you will be directed to the NYFF Virtual Waiting Room before you can place your order. Do not refresh or navigate away from this page or you will lose your place in line.
IN PERSON: Ticket sales are now open for all Members at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office.
Box Office Location and Hours:
1941 Broadway (between 65th Street and 66th Street)
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: Noon – 6:00 p.m.
Also open until 30 minutes after the start of any performance.
