Take Aim at the Police Van

Following a cavalier attack on a police transport vehicle, two convicts are dead and obedient police guard Daijiro Tamon is out of a job for six months. Daijiro accepts his punishment and enjoys his vacation, until he starts to reflect on the details. Launching an independent investigation despite threats from gangsters, he discovers a secret plot that involves faked deaths and a prostitution ring. Suzuki flavors the crime mystery with typical stylistic brio, from POV shots to flashback montages.
